Renewal, Extension. The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.
Renewal, Extension. The Lease can be renewed or extended only by a written agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant, but in no event may the total Lease Term exceed one year. A new lease is required for each year.
Renewal, Extension. The renewal or extension of any U.S. Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new U.S. Letter of Credit hereunder.
Renewal, Extension. The renewal or extension of any Canadian Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Canadian Letter of Credit hereunder.
Renewal, Extension. The renewal or extension of any Foreign Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Foreign Letter of Credit.
Renewal, Extension. Either Party may terminate this lease at the end of the term by giving the other party 30 days written notice prior to the end of the term. If neither party gives notice of termination, the Lease will automatically be extended on a month- to-month basis with all terms remaining the same until a Lease Extension can been executed. A thirty (30) days written notice is required for termination by either party while on a month-to-month status. The Landlord reserves the right to increase the amount of rent following the end of the term and upon delivery of written notice to the Tenant thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any increase.
Renewal, Extension. The term of the Agreement may be extended for one (1) year unless terminated by either party by written notice thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then current term subject to Municipal Council approval.
Renewal, Extension. The renewal or extension of any Domestic Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Domestic Letter of Credit under the Credit Agreement.
Renewal, Extension. Upon completion of the minimum term, this agreement shall automatically renew on a month to month basis until terminated by either party. No renewal notice shall be sent, nor will a termination penalty apply if disconnection takes place after completion of the initial term and any subsequent extension. Customer may also choose a “contract conversion” option at any time during the contract by paying the handset subsidy or other early termination fee(s) remaining for each service on the contract, and entering into a new contract.
Renewal, Extension. This Agreement may be extended by written notice by either Party to the other and upon agreement of both, beyond the set termination date for a month-to-month basis commencing on the first day following the previous contractual termination date. Terms and Scope of Work will remain materially and substantively the same as before, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.
