Term Extension. It is understood and agreed that the State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Grant Contract, under the same terms and conditions. In no event, however, shall the maximum Term, including all extensions or renewals, exceed a total of sixty (60) months.
Term Extension. The Institution reserves the right to extend this Contract for an additional period or periods of time representing increments of no more than one year and a total contract term of no more than [WRITTEN NUMBER, NO GREATER THAN FIVE] years, provided that the Institution notifies the Contractor in writing of its intention to do so at least [WRITTEN NUMBER] [NUMBER]) days prior to the Contract expiration date. An extension of the term of this Contract will be effected through an amendment to the Contract. Term Extension. This agreement shall not be extended for more than a five (5) year period.
Term Extension. The term of this Employment Agreement (the "Term of --------------- this Employment Agreement") will commence as of March 1, 1998, and shall continue through February 28, 2001. On the third and each successive anniversary of the effective date of this Employment Agreement, the Term of this Employment Agreement shall be extended for an additional one (1) year period, unless either party gives notice of such party's intent not to extend the Term of this Employment Agreement not later than the anniversary date immediately preceding the anniversary date on which such extension will occur.. Termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to this Employment Agreement shall be governed by Articles 4 and 5.
Term Extension. The term of the Lease shall be extended for 86 months (the “Extension Term”), ending on December 31, 2020. The definition of “Term Expiration Date” as set forth in Section 4.2 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with December 31, 2020.

Unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of this contract, this Contract shall be extended for an additional period of three (3) years not to exceed more than six (6) additional years, provided that the Contractor satisfies the minimum standards for CSP certification then in effect.
