KITCHEN FACILITIES. ⮚ No cooking is allowed in the kitchen by order of the Concord Township Fire Department. ⮚ All food must be prepared off-site. The oven and microwave may be used for heating and re-warming only. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to inform the caterer of this policy. KITCHEN FACILITIES. The Tenant and Xxxxxxx must leave the kitchen and serving areas in the same condition as (s)he finds it. All garbage must be securely bagged in the provided bags of adequate strength as to be unbreakable, not leaking, not too heavily packed, and then placed in the kitchen hallway for placement in the blue garbage totes outside of the hall following inspection after the event. All cardboard and recycling is to be placed in the kitchen hallway for placement in the green garbage totes outside of the hall following inspection after the event. All Tenant(s) are to clean the kitchen countertops, work areas, range top and kitchen floor. All Tenant(s) are to remove all items from all spaces used, including trash, prior to leaving the premises. For additional information, please see the Facilities Addendum included with this contract.
KITCHEN FACILITIES. It is necessary to make arrangements in advance for this use, as the kitchen is kept locked. When using the kitchen to prepare food, it is necessary to contact Torrington Area Health to see if any permits are required, depending on what type of food is being prepared and/or sold. When using the kitchen, it is necessary to bring in your own utensils, pots, pans etc., as the Torrington Armory does not provide these items. KITCHEN FACILITIES. Tenant may not use Landlord’s kitchen facilities without Landlord’s express written consent or unless included in the Tenancy described in paragraph 2 above. Tenant may not bring onto the Premises or use in Premises hotplates, microwave ovens, coffee pots or other appliances without the express written consent of the Landlord.
KITCHEN FACILITIES.  Tenants and caterers have use of a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and ovens and must provide all cooking and serving utensils and coffeemakers. The kitchen has no utensils to borrow or rent.  Kitchen appliances, tables and sinks must be wiped down by tenant and must be completely clear at event end. NOTHING may be left for later pick up. Food spills are to be cleaned up immediately.  No solid foods are to be placed in the sink; there is no garbage disposal.  ALCOHOL may not be SOLD or be part of an admittance fee without separate permits and consent of the Borough of Laurel Springs. CLEANING OF BUILDING  Tables and chairs are to have all spills and splatters removed and wiped clean.  All tables and chairs must be returned as you found them; set-up and breakdown is the responsibility of the tenant. No tables or chairs should be left in the area by the mop sink.  Floor is to be swept with all spills and splatters removed and wiped clean.  Walls are to have all spills and splatters removed and wiped clean.  Bathrooms are to have all spills and splatters removed, surfaces wiped clean and floor swept.  Kitchen is to have all oven, range top, counter top, refrigerator and wall spills and splatters removed, surfaces wiped clean and floor swept.  Trash and recycling is to be removed and placed in appropriate containers outside kitchen door.  Glass front door is to have all fingerprints and smudges removed and wiped clean.  Outside of building is to have all debris removed. EXIT  All tenants must remove all their items and equipment by 12 midnight the day of their rental.  Thermostat in the summer should be set at 75 DEGREES and in winter 65 DEGREES when leaving the building.  All lights are to be turned off.  All doors are to be closed.  Lock front glass double doors.  Input 10972 to arm the alarm system  Exit through the single kitchen door immediately.
KITCHEN FACILITIES. All of our halls are self-catered and equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and an oven which is adequate for the number of Residents sharing. Deep fat fryers are strictly prohibited. Kitchens are for the use of Students only and may not be used by Students’ guests. Personal possessions should not be left in the kitchen; this includes clothing, etc. In the event that items are left in the kitchen/common areas, they may be removed by Accommodation Agreement 2022-23 Student Resident Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Accommodation Services/Housekeeper. Cutlery and crockery may also be removed, especially if it has been left unwashed for a period of time. One food cupboard is intended for each Resident, Residents should collectively decide on space allocation. For guidance on using the appliances safely, please refer to your ‘welcome to halls of residence’ which are displayed in the kitchen areas of your allocated flat/floor. Recycling Students are encouraged to recycle whenever possible. Recycling bags are provided in each kitchen. Items that can be placed in these are: • Paper • Cardboard • Plastic Bottles • Cans and Tins • Glass (in a separate container) Students may also place any of the above in the large green recycling bins sited at all halls or in the black and white bins on St. Xxxxx outside Xxxxxx Xxxx where you can find a separate bin for textiles. There are more recycle bins outside the Sainsbury’s supermarket behind New Cross Gate station. Please do not put non-recycling into the recycling waste.
