Processing of Grievances. All grievances shall be processed as follows:

The University acknowledges the right of Association Representatives to assist in investigation, processing and settlement of grievance and potential grievances without loss of salary, subject to satisfactory performance of University duties. Time spent by staff members appearing before an arbitration hearing arising from this agreement shall be without loss of salary.

Processing of Grievances. Processing of all grievances shall be during the normal work day whenever possible, and the grievant shall not lose wages due to his/her necessary participation. For purposes of this paragraph, teachers entitled to wages during their necessary participation in a grievance proceeding are the grievant and another teacher if selected by the grievant, however, paid time to process first and second step grievances shall not include travel time.
Processing of Grievances. Processing of all grievances shall occur after the close of the student contact portion of the teacher's workday whenever possible. If this process is not possible, the teacher shall not lose wages during their necessary participation in the grievance proceeding on the following basis: The number of teachers participating may equal the number of administrative representatives participating in the grievance proceeding on behalf of the District.
Processing of Grievances. It will be the practice of all parties in interest to process grievances after the regular work day has ended or at other times which do not interfere with assigned duties. However, upon mutual agreement among the grievant, the Association, and the Board that proceedings should be held during regular working hours, the grievant and the appropriate Association representative will be released from assigned duties.
Processing of Grievances. The Employer and CRONA agree that grievances should be raised, and settlement attempted, promptly. Failure of CRONA or a Nurse to proceed within any time limit set forth in this Section shall constitute a waiver of the claim. Failure of the Employer to act within any time limit set forth herein shall entitle the grievant or CRONA officer to proceed to the next step. If the Employer has not responded within the required time limit, the Employer shall be deemed to have rejected the grievance on the last day of the period for response and the matter may be appealed to the next level. However, any of the time limits set forth in this Section may be extended by mutual written agreement of the Employer and CRONA.
Processing of Grievances. 12.01 If they so desire, an employee may be assisted and/or represented by the Alliance at the complaint level and/or when presenting a Grievance at any level.
