Your Rental. Your rental of the Vehicle from Us is for the Rental Period and at the rate shown in the Rental Agreement.
Your Rental. You rent from Coconut Car Rentals the car described on the Rental Contract, which rental is solely a transfer of possession and not of ownership. You agree to the terms in the Rental Agreement provided any such term is not prohibited by the law of a jurisdiction covering this rental, in which case such law controls. “You” and “Your” refer to the person who signs this agreement, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to Coconut Car Rentals. You also agree that you are not our agent for any purpose; and that you cannot assign delegate or transfer your obligations under the Rental Agreement and any discrete part thereof.

Your Rental. Includes a maximum use of the facility as described in the Fees Section of this contract. Includes the use of all tables and white padded gold Chiavari chairs for up to 150 set at your discretion. Any tables and seating required over the 150 provided, will be the responsibility of the Renter. Includes an event attendant the day of the event. Attendant does not decorate. The responsibility of the attendant is to allow access to building and to ensure all systems are in working order before the start of the event. Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy = 225 Maximum Seated = 150 with dance floor Maximum Seated = 200 without the dance floor Rental Period & Event Hours ALL DAY Rentals allow (15) hours of use of the facility. (3) hours of setup, (9) hours for the actual event and (3) hours for cleanup. Actual event must end no later than midnight. HALF DAY Rentals allow for (7) hours of use of the facility. Maximum Occupancy • Max occupancy =100 • Max seated =75 • Max seated with dance floor =55 Rental period & event hours Lighthouse event space is available for rent based on a minimum of (4) hours use of facility for a (1-2) hour event or maximum of (9) hour use of the facility for a (5) hour event. These time periods includes set-up and clean-up hours.The actual event must end no later than midnight. Additional setup hours must be contiguous with event hours, i.e. additional set-up or breakdown time is only available for the hours immediately before or after event and at lighthouse Industries discretion.
