Number of persons. 6.1 The Tenant may not have any more than the Maximum Number of Persons residing at the Premises at any one time without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

(Please note the folding bed is ideally suitable for a 1-2 night stays for an adult or for a child or small person for a longer period). The folding bed can be placed in one of the bedroom although it will be a little, or you can use the folding bed downstairs.
