The Council also reserves the right to set lower numbers where appropriate. The Venue population limit set by the Council shall not be exceeded in any circumstances. If these figures are exceeded the Council has at its discretion the right to refuse admission of excess numbers or to terminate this hire Agreement forthwith without incurring liability to the Hirer.

No outdoor camping or auxiliary accommodation facilities are permitted. The Renters agree to abide by such limitations; if not, the Renters and guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

The holiday home and the associated land may only be inhabited (which means overnight stays – while guests are welcome during the day) by the number of persons indicated on the website and in the Agreement, including children, regardless of their age. If the house or the land is occupied by more people than the maximum allowed, then the landlord/manager has the right to send away the people who are too many without further notice. If the tenant does not follow such instruction within 12 hours, the Rental Agreement will be terminated and all participants will be obliged to leave the holiday home with immediate effect and without further explanation without any refund.

The accommodation units from our offer are allowed to accommodate only the maximum number of persons listed in the description of the booked accommodation unit published on the SUNNY STEP web site. The same goes for children, regardless of their age, where there is an exception in the case of facilities which specify that it is expressly permitted to bring another child of up to 4 years without a surcharge. Guests are kindly requested to note this fact when booking accommodation. At the same time, it is forbidden to set up a tent or camping-house on the land that belongs to the object. In the case of exceeding the maximum number of persons or setting up a tent or caravan on the property's land, the owner of the facility may charge overpayments to him for a certain fee per person, or the overdose may be removed from the property or ordered to be removed from the tent or caravan. In case the guest does not comply with this order, the property will be all away, without the possibility of refunding the paid amount.

If there is any doubt about the number of people allowed, please consult the rental contract or the description on the internet. Children also count in the permitted number of residents.
