Other Facilities. This Agreement reserves in each party the power to establish a temporary holding facility during a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience or natural disaster, to establish group homes or other care or rehabilitation facilities in furtherance of a social service program, to temporarily transfer Inmates to alternative detention facilities in order to respond to Xxxx overcrowding, a public health directive, or to comply with a final order of a federal court or a state court of record for the care and treatment of Inmates.
Other Facilities. Promptly and in no event more than ten (10) days after the effectiveness thereof, copies of (i) any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity and (ii) any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity, including, without limitation, any fee letter, waiver, consent and any other document, agreement or instrument executed in connection with any of the foregoing.

Other Facilities. This Amendment shall not be effective until the debt obligations set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto have been amended in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders and the Borrower shall have notified the Administrative Agent of such modification in writing.
Other Facilities. If the Authority wishes to construct an additional public safety facility, such as a facility for administration, logistics, training, etc., the Board will equitably apportion the cost to construct or remodel any such public safety facility that is used to provide the Baseline Services to the Parties similar to the apportionment of the Member Fee for Baseline Services. If the benefit of such facility specifically inures to one or more Parties to the exclusion of others, the Board may apportion the cost of such facility to the benefiting Party or Parties to be paid as an addition to the Member Fee (in the case of a Party who is part of the Service Area as a separate fee similar to one charged for Enhanced Services) or by the application of a Party’s collected impact fees.
Other Facilities. All other credit facilities (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, the Note Purchase Agreement) of the Borrower, if any, shall have been terminated.
Other Facilities a. The HGO will provide assistance and help the Hajj Pilgrims during the 5 days of peak Haj and properly and correctly guide them to perform Haj Arkans.
Other Facilities. Neither Lessee nor any Affiliate shall own, operate or manage any nursing home, rest home, assisted living facility, subacute facility, retirement center or similar health care facility within a ten (10) mile radius of any Facility, other than any Facility which is a Leased Property under this Lease or which Lessee or any Affiliate of Lessee owns or operates as of the Commencement Date and set forth on Schedule C attached hereto.
Other Facilities. The Developer will perform the following modifications to the station service system at the Connecting Transmission Owner’s 34.5 kV substation (“NYSEG Xxxxxxxxx 34.5kV Substation”) to allow for the operation of the Large Generating Facility (the “Other Facilities”). The Developer will perform its modifications to the Other Facilities in accordance with Connecting Transmission Owner’s Bulletin 86-01, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the NYISO OATT. The Connecting Transmission Owner will provide engineering review, design review, project management and construction oversight for the Other Facilities modifications. The terms and conditions set forth in Section 5.2 of this Agreement will apply to the Developer’s and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s responsibilities with respect to the design, procurement and construction of the modifications to the Other Facilities, as though the Other Facilities were CTOAFs or Stand Alone SUFs.
Other Facilities. Promptly and in no event more than ten (10) days after the effectiveness thereof, copies of (i) any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing a Warehouse Facility, (ii) any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to a Warehouse Facility, the Subordinated Loan Agreement, the Inventory Facility, or any document, agreement or instrument executed in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any fee letter, waiver, consent and any other document, agreement or instrument executed in connection with any of the foregoing.
