Departure Time definition

Departure Time has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 5;
Departure Time means the time an aircraft commences to move either under its own power or under tow, for the purpose of commencing a flight.
Departure Time means the time after passengers have boarded on the aircraft and all cabin doors have been closed.
