HONESTY. Honesty and integrity are two of the most important characteristics of employees who are given the trust of the public and their fellow employees and are therefore taken very seriously.
HONESTY. Employees shall conduct their affairs with honesty and integrity and shall not engage in fraud, dishonesty or any act of material misconduct. SIGNING AGREEMENTS. Employees shall not sign any document or agreement that creates a legally binding obligation on the Company. The only persons authorized to sign agreements are the CEO and the Executive Vice President. WRITTEN AGREEMENT. All employees of the Company and all independent contractors of the Company must have a signed, written agreement with the Company prior to performing work for the Company.
HONESTY. You agree to provide Atheneum with accurate, current information about your education, employment and expertise, and to update this information in a timely manner. You will not provide false or misleading information to us or our clients. You represent that you have never been convicted of, pled guilty to, or admitted to committing a felony or an offense involving dishonesty. You agree the compensation we pay you is solely for your expertise and opinions and you are not an Atheneum employee; rather, you are an independent consultant who understands you need to comply with your own applicable tax, withholding, reporting and other regulatory obligations. You agree to our payment terms as incorporated into this Agreement and set forth in our scheduling communications.
HONESTY. Speak honestly with your leaders and your friends. If you are unsure if you understand or are capable of undertaking an activity, ask! If you have any anxiety, illness, or injury, speak with your leaders.
HONESTY. Holders of public office have a duty to declare any private interests relating to their public duties and to take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way that protects the public interest.

By signing this agreement and leaving the pet guest in the care of Paws in Paradise Luxury Resort & Spa, the owner certifies that all information provided to Paws in Paradise Luxury Resort & Spa, either written or verbal, is accurate. The owner represents that he/she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
HONESTY. We agree to be honest and to completely disclose all relevant information and documents concerning this matter to the other Parties and Mediator. This includes all documentation that would be available through the discovery process in a normal legal proceeding. If any Party fails to disclose fully, the agreement reached in mediation may not be enforceable.
HONESTY. Affiliate is expected to be honest and ethical with all sales transactions. If any account sold by an Affiliate cancels as a result of dishonesty or unethical salesmanship, the Affiliate is liable for the full amount of said commission. Failure to demonstrate ethical salesmanship will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all compensation payable under this Agreement. In addition, if there are any complications which occur as a result of poor and/or unethical salesmanship, (including but not limited to misquoted monthly rates, misquoted costs for additional equipment, misquoted rates for additional services) the Affiliate is responsible for these or any other amounts which may have to be paid to the customer due to incorrect information to ensure Zion Health’s reputation, integrity and goodwill.
