Other Media definition

Other Media means any media other than print media (including but not limited to digital) in which the Company intends to publish the Content; and
Other Media means all forms of exhibition, transmission and/or distribution of Content existing or to be developed in the future, including but not limited to: (i) Internet, (ii) telecommunications, including but not limited to Wireless, video content delivered not as part of a Television service by ADSL, satellite, cable (whether on a VOD, NVOD basis), CD-ROM, DVD/Home Video (as well as any other physical video media support) and portable media players, Portuguese language radio and Print Media. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Other Media shall not include Television.
