Loyalty. During the Executive’s employment by the Company, the Executive shall devote the Executive’s business energies, interest, abilities and productive time to the proper and efficient performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement. Subject to the prior written consent of the President and CEO, the Executive is permitted to serve on the board of directors of one other company, so long as the other company does not compete with the Company.
Loyalty. (a) The Executive shall devote his full time and attention to the performance of his employment under this Agreement. During the term of the Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Executive shall not engage in any business or activity contrary to the business affairs or interests of the Bank or Parent.

Loyalty. The Officer shall devote his full efforts and entire business ------- time to the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Officer agrees that he will hold in confidence all knowledge or information of a confidential nature with respect to the respective businesses of the Holding Company, the Savings Bank or of their subsidiaries, if any, received by him during the term of this Agreement and will not disclose or make use of such information, except in the ordinary course of his duties under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Holding Company or the Savings Bank.

(i) During the period of his employment hereunder and except for illnesses, reasonable vacation periods, and reasonable leaves of absence, the Employee shall devote all of his full business time, attention, skill and efforts to the faithful performance of his duties hereunder; provided, however, from time to time, the Employee may serve on the boards of directors of, and hold any other offices or positions in, companies or organizations. “Full business time” is hereby defined as that amount of time usually devoted to like companies by similarly situated executive officers. During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Employee shall not engage in any business or activity contrary to the business affairs or interests of the Company, or be gainfully employed in any other position or job other than as provided above.

During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Employee shall not engage in any business or activity contrary to the business affairs or interests of the Company, or be gainfully employed in any other position or job other than as provided above.

Loyalty. The relationship between employers and salaried employees is based on mutual loyalty and trust. The salaried employee shall observe discretion as to the employer’s affairs, such as pricing, computer systems, investigations, operating conditions, business matters and the like.
Loyalty. If, during the term of this Master Agreement or the individual agreement, the economic, legal and/or technical circumstances under which the contractual provisions were agreed change so significantly that a Party can no longer be reasonably expected to continue to abide by the contractual provisions because the Parties’ intentions of achieving a fair balance between their mutual economic interests can no longer be fulfilled, the Party in question can demand that the contractual provisions be modified to reflect the change in circumstances.
