If any such employee is hired to fill the vacancy, the Employer agrees to recognize the employee's seniority as established pursuant to the terms of the Collective Agreement and such recognition is deemed to be approved by the Mississauga bargaining unit. Health and Safety Grievance. When an employee in good faith believes that he/she is being required to work where a clear and present danger exists, he/she will so notify his/her supervisor. The supervisor will immediately investigate the situation and either direct the employee to temporarily perform some other task or proclaim the situation safe and direct the employee to proceed with his/her assigned duties. If the Union or the employee still believes the unsafe condition exists, the Union or employee may file a health and safety grievance.
Health and Safety Grievance. An employee or group of employees who alleges a violation of the Ontario Health and Safety Act, shall have the right to file a grievance at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure. The Parties will use their best efforts to expedite a grievance under this Sub-Article.
Health and Safety Grievance. Any Health and Safety concerns will be first addressed to the Director or Designate for immediate follow-up and resolve. Any concerns not resolved may be subject to the Grievance Procedure.
