Guests /Visitors. A guest is any person who is not a student at the University. A visitor is a student at the University who is not assigned to the particular location they are visiting. A) The host Student is responsible for the presence and conduct of any guest or visitor. B) In that a visitor is a student at the University as well, they may also be held accountable for inappropriate conduct. C) Having guests and visitors is a privilege and may be limited or revoked, subject to the determination of University staff. D) Displacement and/or inconveniencing of a roommate, suitemate or any other member of the residential community to accommodate a guest or a visitor is unacceptable and subject to judicial action. E) The presence of an overnight guest or visitor should normally not exceed two consecutive nights and must have the roommate’s approval to stay in the room. F) Any indication that a guest is utilizing campus housing as a place of residence will result in that individual being restricted from University property. Visitors or guests who exceed two consecutive nights or four nights in any seven day period without approval from the building supervisor may also be restricted. The host is subject to judicial action.
Guests /Visitors. Any guest or visitor must be pre-approved by both participants before participating or being within sight of the service. This step is to be completed during the intake process. If there is a disagreement about specific guests attending the parenting time, they will not be permitted to attend until ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has received confirmation from both parties. At this time we are unable to have visitors attend parenting time that occurs in-centre. For any in-community or in-home services, unless otherwise specified, our supervisor will not intervene unless there is a specific condition calling for certain guests to not be present for service. If an individual has a negative reaction to a specific guest, our supervisor may suggest that guest leave and their further involvement will be discussed with all parties prior to the next scheduled service date.
Guests /Visitors. A visitor is defined as a person who is meeting with a resident for a short period of time. A guest is defined as a person who is staying overnight with a resident in accordance with the Guidelines. (a) Visitors are to vacate the premises by 10:00pm on the day they are visiting, unless approval has been given by management. Any visitor present after 10:00pm will be considered an “unauthorised person” and asked to leave immediately; (b) Visitors and guests must comply with the Guidelines; (c) Residents and their visitors and/ or guests in the Property are to show respect as members of the Atira shaped by Scape community. Residents are responsible for their guests and will be held accountable, including financially (where applicable), for any act, omission or misconduct by their visitor and/ or guests (including breach of the Guidelines or non-compliance with directions given by Atira shaped by Scape to the guest). In cases of serious misconduct by a guest whilst at the property, Atira shaped by ▇▇▇▇▇ may take action against the resident, including issue of a breach notice and/or termination of the Residential Tenancy Agreement; (d) Visitors and guests are prohibited from entering the apartment and/or rooms of residents other than their host; (e) Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests including payment for any damage or breakage that may occur; (f) Visitors and guests must park their vehicles off the Property and not interfere with the resident’s use of the Property; (g) A guest must be registered at reception; (h) No overnight guests are allowed in twin share apartments; (i) If a resident wishes to have a guest spend thenight in a shared apartment, they must inform all flatmates prior to this and obtain their permission; (j) A resident must not have more than one overnight guest at one time and the guest must be sleeping in the bedroom, not common areas (e.g lounge room); (k) A guest must be accompanied at all times by a resident and must never be given a swipe card/room key; and (l) The length of the entire stay for guests must not exceed 3 days within a 7-day period and must have approval from management.
Guests /Visitors. In order to limit the introduction of outside people in the Housing communities, the following restrictions will be in place. • Assistance during move-in will be limited, and specific details will be communicated as move-in approaches in August. For planning purposes, students can expect they will be allowed one (1) or two (2) guests to assist them with move-in. • Students must obtain permission from the Area Coordinator to invite into the Residence Hall/Apartment any guest who is not an MTSU student. Non-student guests may be very limited. • Overnight visitation will be suspended indefinitely. • While we understand that students will interact with other residents living in their residence halls, students are expected to observe visitation hours for outside guests. During normal visitation hours, residents will be limited to one enrolled MTSU student guest in their room. Upon entering the residence hall, the visitor must show an MTSU ID to the front desk and their information will be recorded. • Depending on the current health situation, visitation may be suspended at any time to help protect the residents of the buildings/apartments. Similarly, depending on the current health situation, visitation may be expanded if social distancing measures are relaxed.
Guests /Visitors. Visitors will be permitted at reasonable time and are subject to rules in the Lease. Tenant will not have more than 2 unrelated guests per Tenant at any time. A loud "party" atmosphere is not allowed. Tenant is, responsible for damages or undue wear and tear placed on the Residence due to large gatherings.

Guests /Visitors. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to allow any other persons to occupy or reside at the Premises except in the case of temporary visits of fr iends or guests. Only those Tenants named on the first page and signature page(s) of this Lease are allowed to reside on the Premises. Tenant shall not allow more than on e overnight guest to stay at the Premises more than seven (7) days per month without written consent of Lessor which may be wit hheld in its sole discretion. The same guest may not return for thirty (30) days following his or her visit. Tenants understand and will abide by the City of Boulde r ordinance allowing no more than the number of unrelated people set forth in Section 4 (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) to occupy the Premises as allowed by such ordinance. Lessor is required by the City of Boulder to report any known over-occupancy of the Premises. Should the Lessor discover any person(s) other than the Tenant(s) living at the Premises, Lessor may charge a fee of $1,000 per day for each day the violation continues. Failure to comply with this provision is a default of this Lease even if the fine is paid.
Guests /Visitors. Tenant agrees not to allow any other persons to occupy said premises hereby rented except in the case of casual visits of friends or guests. Only those Tenants named on this lease may reside in the leased premises. Tenant shall not allow more than one overnight guest to stay on the premises more than seven (7) days per month without written consent of Lessor. The same guest may not return for thirty (30) days following his or her visit. Tenants understand and will abide by the City of Boulder ordinance allowing no more than 3 or 4 unrelated persons to occupy a residence as area dictates. Boulder Property Management Corp. is required by the City of Boulder to report any known over-occupancy of leased premises. Should the Lessor discover any person(s) not on the lease but living in the unit, then Tenants hereby understand that this violation of the lease contract constitutes a fee of $1000.00 per day and is grounds for eviction.

All visitors’ names and contact information will be recorded to enable contact tracing if necessary. • Depending on the current health conditions, visitation may be suspended at any time to help protect the residents of the buildings/apartments. Similarly, depending on the current health conditions, visitation may be expanded if social distancing measures are relaxed. ✓ Health and Safety. Resident must take measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, which include: • Practicing social distancing in all areas of the Residence Halls and Apartments. Following directions on all signage pertaining to occupancy limits and direction signs to avoid close contact. • Washing hands often and with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. • Using hand sanitizer if soap/water is not available. • Refraining from touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. • Avoiding contact with people who are sick. • Staying in your room or apartment if you are sick and avoid close contact with others. • Covering your mouth and nose with your elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and immediately dispose of the used tissue. ✓ Self-Quarantine/Self-Isolation. At any time, the University may request or require Resident to vacate their assigned living space when Resident’s continued presence in the housing community poses a health and safety risk for community members. Resident must comply with requests from Housing and Residential Life or Student Health Services to leave their assigned space due to COVID-
Guests /Visitors. Resident agrees not to have guests of the opposite sex stay overnight in the Apartment. Guests of the same sex may stay overnight for a period of no longer than 72 consecutive hours. Exceptions may be made for family members at the discretion of FCF but not without first communicating with Other Residents who share the Apartment. SAMPLE
