Intake process definition

Intake process means the specific tasks necessary to admit a person to a substance abuse service, such as completion of admission forms, notification of patient rights, explanation of the general nature and goals of the service, review of policies and procedures of the service and orientation.
Intake process means the process of receiving and collecting information for the Investigation Committee to determine how to proceed with a Complaint;
Intake process is the governance process for the Supplier to receive approvals including messaging, collateral, trainings and events pertaining to AT&T Cybersecurity and the Supplier.

  • All IDOC personnel who interface with inmates during the Intake process will receive training on responding to requests for Auxiliary Aids and Services.
