Operators. Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.
Operators. Unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, Lessee shall supply and pay all operators on the equipment during the Rental Period. All operators shall be competent. Should Lessor furnish any operators or other workmen for the equipment, they shall be employees of Lessee during the Rental Period, and Lessee shall pay them salary or wages and all other applicable costs. Lessee shall provide and pay for all workmen’s compensation insurance and pay all payroll taxes required by law and applying to such operators and xxxxxxx.
Operators. Each Member agrees to ensure that any operators of its Participating Vessels fully comply with the obligations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. Each Member further agrees to accept responsibility hereunder for the actions of any such operators that result in a violation of this Agreement.
Operators. If the Contract identifies an Operator, Customer shall provide, at its own expense: (a) all necessary power sources and other support equipment necessary for the Operator to perform the relevant Services; (b) reasonable sleeping and living accommodations for the Operator at the Worksite; (c) an operating environment for the Equipment that complies with the applicable Equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and any applicable laws or regulations; and (d) a safe work environment free of known safety or health hazards. Customer acknowledges that Customer is solely responsible for determining what Services the Operator will provide.
Operators. The manager of a Pool Property, the tenant under a Medical Lease, the property sublessee and/or the operator under any Operators’ Agreement, approved by Agent as required by this Agreement and any successor to such Operator approved by Agent as required by this Agreement. If, with respect to any Pool Property, there exists a property manager, a tenant under a Medical Lease and a property sublessee, or any combination thereof, then “Operator” shall refer to all such entities, collectively and individually as applicable and as the context may require.
Operators. All Hospital Personnel who receive incoming telephone calls from the public will receive special instructions on using TTY's and the telephone relay service to make and receive calls to and from persons using TTY's.
Operators. The Regular hours of work shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty, inclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal break, with shifts from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.; 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Operators shall work five (5) consecutive identical shifts, followed by two (2) consecutive days off. There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours between shifts.
Operators. 6.10.1. Member agrees to ensure that any operator of the Member’s Participating Vessels fully comply with the obligations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
Operators. No operators are furnished, directly or indirectly with our equipment.
Operators. Lessee shall cause the Equipment to be operated by competent employees only, and shall pay all expenses of operation.
