Home Services definition
Home Services means the business of providing Internet connectivity service and Internet "backbone" service, which includes (without limitation) the following: (i) direct connectivity to the Internet through the development, packaging, marketing and distribution of a suite of branded Internet connectivity services and certain branded applications, including one or more custom browsers, for use by subscribers and information providers, together with connections to various on-line hosting services (such as America Online, Prodigy, CompuServe and MSN) and information providers, both in the United States and internationally (in countries where the Corporation is capable of providing such service), (ii) directory services and navigation services to content created by third parties, provided, however, that it is not contemplated -------- ------- that the Corporation would itself be a creator of content (other than with respect to content created as part of the Corporation's navigation services (such as the "video barker" and "templates" for the creation of navigation home pages), the aggregation and organization of content created by third parties and technological assistance to such third party creators), and (iii) systems for (a) "backbone" transmission, (b) network management, and (c) billing and associated support functions.

Home Services means care that is provided to customers within the customer’s own home environment. Such care may include but not be limited to assistance with mobility, toileting and grooming, assistance with feeding and light meal preparation, activities and other tasks as noted within Schedule B - Classifications Summary, Home Services, to this Agreement. This is usually however not always working autonomously.

Home Services means performance of or assistance with functions and activities related to housing, personal care and attendance, child care and upbringing, and other conventional functions and activities in normal daily life.
