Social Distancing definition

Social Distancing means individuals keeping at least six (6) feet of distance from other individual who are not members of their household.

Social Distancing means staying at least 6 feet away (in all directions) from any person from outside your household or immediate family.

Social Distancing means keeping space between yourself and other people by staying at least 6 feet from other people.

• The Social Distancing requirement does not apply to cohabitating persons, family units, or roommates residing together in private homes, whether inside or outside of their homes or place or residence.

Additional Rules and Regulations The following Rules and Regulations have been adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association pertaining to the use of the Common Areas, including the community pool and any other recreational facilities located on Common Areas. The following Rules and Regulations are in addition to any restrictions contained in the Declaration and Bylaws of the Association (the “Governing Documents”). Any conflict between the following Rules and Regulations and the terms of the Governing Documents, the following Rules and Regulations shall control. These Rules and Regulations shall remain in effect until further notice. The Residents agree to comply with the following Rules and Regulations and the terms of the Governing Documents, and agree to ensure all residents of the Owner’s Lot comply with the following Rules and Regulations and the terms of the Governing Documents.

Social Distancing as used herein shall mean separation of at least six feet between individuals.
