Guest Privileges. The Resident shall be fully and completely responsible for the actions of their guests. Overnight guests may be permitted on an occasional basis, provided (i) the permission of any suite/roommate is obtained in advance; (ii) no complaints have been made previously regarding the conduct of the guest; and (iii) the guest does not leave any of their possessions in the premises or remain in residence for more than three (3) days. The Resident acknowledges that the Resident’s guest privileges may be revoked if, in the opinion of Student Housing & Residence Life, the Resident abuses such privileges through excessive use or inappropriate behavior. Guest limits may be tightened for specific periods to facilitate the management of the community (e.g. orientation week, reading weeks, exam periods, etc.). Student Housing & Residence Life will provide notice of these periods no less than 24 hours in advance of these time frames. No overnight guests are permitted during the first two weeks of the fall semester.

Guest Privileges. If Member chooses this add-on, Member gains unlimited Guest Privileges for Member’s account, in which he or she may bring in one Guest per visit. The Guest does not have to be the same Guest every visit. The Guest may NEVER enter the gym alone or have access to Member’s access key fob. All Guests must sign a liability waiver; if the Guest is under 18, Guest’s parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver for the Guest. The Balance Fitness Member must accompany the guest and remain on the premises during the visit.

Enforcement of this policy is at the sole discretion of the VA or VCA staff. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and guests must adhere to the same policies as Members at all times.

PERSONAL AND PROPERTY DAMAGE: MEMBER agrees to be responsible for any Personal injury to self or others caused by MEMBER or those gaining privileges through MEMBER while on BOG premises and while using BOG facilities and equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold BOG harmless for any such personal injury caused by MEMBER, MEMBER’S spouse, family, or guest. In addition, MEMBER agrees to be responsible for any property damage to BOG premises, facilities, or equipment or property of other individuals or entities caused by MEMBER or those gaining privileges through MEMBER while on BOG premises and while using BOG facilities and equipment. MEMBER further agrees to hold BOG harmless for any such property damage caused by MEMBER, MEMBER’s spouse, family, or guest, other than those caused by normal or ordinary use of premises, facilities or equipment as determined by BOG. MEMBER agrees that BOG shall not be liable for any property damage or personal injuries which may be experienced by the MEMBER, or those gaining privileges through him or her while using BOG facilities or equipment and MEMBER hereby indemnifies and holds harmless BOG from any such property damage or personal injury caused by MEMBER, or those gaining privileges through him or her while using BOG facilities or equipment.
Guest Privileges. Student must abide by the College's visitation policies. The College reserves the right to adjust policies as necessary to respond to health-related or other concerns. Student is responsible for knowing and following updated or modified policies. Guests are not permitted during early arrival, late stay, or outside the dates and times listed above. In the event that Student is permitted to stay in a residence hall room in connection with early arrival, late stay, or outside the dates listed and times listed above, the Student may be removed by the College at any time in its sole discretion.
