Said Premises definition

Said Premises means the property listed in the Tender Notice and more particularly described in the Property Information;

Said Premises shall have the same meaning as ascribed in Recital A of this Agreement;

Said Premises means the residential Apartment at Jaypee Greens, Noida as provisionally allotted by the Company/ JIL.

More Definitions of Said Premises

Said Premises means the residential apartment at Jaypee Greens, Noida as provisionally allotted by the Company.
