Residents. In accordance with the provisions of all applicable state and federal statutes, as amended from time to time, the Manager shall use its best efforts to maintain the resident census at the Facility in such numbers and in such a manner as, in the Manager's judgment, will tend to maintain the financial stability of the Facility and will comply with the covenants in any Financing Agreement.
Residents. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the period of time that a User is a Resident, (i) Medical Practice shall not be required to pay Physician Services Fees or Support Fees with respect to such User, (ii) Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine all other Fees applicable to such User and (iii) such User shall not count against the number of FTE Physician Users of Medical Practice authorized to use the Software. Immediately upon the expiration or termination of a User’s status as a Resident such User shall cease to be authorized to use the Software unless (x) the counting of such former Resident as a Physician User would not cause the number of FTE Physician Users of Medical Practice that use the Software to exceed the number of FTE Physician Users authorized to use the Software specified on Schedule “A” of this Agreement or (y) the total number of FTE Physician Users authorized to use the Software is increased in accordance with Section 3.11 of this Agreement. Medical Practice shall provide Modernizing Medicine with any evidence of a person’s status as a Resident as Modernizing Medicine may reasonably request, including, without limitation, evidence of the accreditation of the applicable residency program and a letter with respect to such Resident from such individual’s residency program director certifying that such individual is a resident and the residency year of such individual. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Medical Practice acknowledges and agrees that Modernizing Medicine may determine whether or not any individual is a Resident in its sole discretion. Medical Practice shall promptly notify Modernizing Medicine in writing when a User ceases to be a Resident.
Residents. Developer shall provide a convenient and secure bicycle parking area for residents of the Project in the Subterranean Space as shown on the Project Plans but no less than one (1) secure long-term bicycle space per residential bedroom and/or studio. For the purposes of this Section, secure bicycle parking shall mean an enclosed bicycle locker; a fenced, covered, locked or guarded bicycle storage area with bike racks within; or a rack or stand inside a building that is within view of an attendant or security guard or visible from employee work areas. At least one electrical outlet shall be available in the long-term bicycle parking area for the use of electrical assisted bicycle charging. Prior to ARB approval, the location and type of secure bicycle storage shall be submitted for review and approval by the City. The residential secure bicycle storage shall be provided in an area separate from the secure bicycle storage for commercial employees.

Residents. From Nov 1, 2014, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2014, any sea carriers issuing tickets subsidised for residents of non-peninsular territories (Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands) have been incorporated into the electronic system of residence certification (XXXX) in all sales channels. The valid ID documents for verification under XXXX electronic system shall be as follows: - For citizens of Spain, Switzerland, EU Member States or signatory Countries of the Agreement on the European Economic Area: A valid ID card or passport. - For relatives of citizens of EU Member States or signatory Countries of the Agreement on the European Economic Area: A Spanish residency card for EU citizens’ relatives. - For third-country citizens who are long-term residents: A foreigners’ ID card certifying long-term resident status. There are several cases in which it is not possible to prove residency through XXXX and it is necessary to exhibit the original documents. Thus, FRS strongly recommends carrying any residency certificates in all cases and, especially: - When travelling with children below 14 years old who have no ID card, in which case the children’s residency certificates must be exhibited. - When residency has never been checked electronically, or there has been a recent change of address. - When the system has ever notified of a problem regarding the passenger’s residence.
Residents. Attached hereto as Schedule 1 is an accurate and complete list showing the names of all residents at the Facility as of the Effective Date.
Residents. Grantees who are neither citizens nor resident aliens of the U.S. should consult with their financial/tax advisor regarding both the U.S. and non-U.S. tax consequences of the receipt of this award and subsequent settlement/receipt of the Shares. (c) The Grantee will be solely responsible for the payment of all such taxes, as well as for any other state, local or non-U.S. taxes that may be related to the Grantee’s receipt of the Units and/or Shares.

No person over the age of eighteen (18) years old may be listed as an “occupant,” but rather must be qualified as, and be listed above as, a resident. Persons not listed above must not stay at in the unit for more than 10 consecutive days without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.
