Permitted Users Sample Clauses

The Permitted Users clause defines who is authorized to access or use a product, service, or system under an agreement. It typically specifies categories of individuals or entities—such as employees, contractors, or affiliates—who may use the resources, and may set conditions or limitations on their access. By clearly outlining who is allowed to use the service, this clause helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures compliance with the terms of the agreement.
