Full Time Job. The Employer will post vacancies in the bargaining unit for three (3) days. The job posting will include the classification, range of pay and major responsibilities. Employees may apply for such posted vacancies provided that an employee who successfully obtains a posted position shall not be eligible to apply for another posting for twelve (12) months from the date he starts his new job. In order to be considered for the posting the employee must be available to commence work in the new job within four (4) weeks of the job being posted. The Employer will fill the position in accordance with Clause and will post the name of the successful applicant within five (5) working days. The first vacancy created by filling the original opening under the job posting procedure shall also be posted within two (2) weeks. Any subsequent vacancies caused by the filling of the first two (2) positions shall not be subject to the job posting procedure and may be filled at the Employer’s discretion. Within ten (10) days of the successful applicant being placed in the new job, the employee will have the right to be returned to his former position. If an employee declines a job posting twice within a twelve (12) month period, the employee is not eligible to apply for another job posting for a twelve (12) month period following the date of the second decline. In the event a grievance involving job posting succeeds, all employees who were involved as a result of the original posting and back up moves will revert to their jobs held immediately prior to the job posting in question. Spare Job Sparejob will be awarded in accordance with article Those who are awarded and accept a spare position cannot sign another spare posting for twelve (12) months. The Employer will endeavour to train within three (3) months (note: some positions may require less) and while on training employees will not be used in the overtime rotation in that classification. At the end of training, the Employer will assess the capability of the applicant in the position. During the week spares shall be utilized on their shift before posting for overtime. In determining which employees are to be laid off and recalled from lay-off the Employer shall use the following order:
Full Time Job. A full-time job is considered, when the working time of the Employee amounts on average to 40 hours per week.
Full Time Job. The Senior Management and all other management personnel of the Company shall all work for the Company on a full-time basis, and none of them may concurrently hold any other job positions with any other organizations or entities, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Full Time Job. The words ··Full Time Job" mean a new employment position created by Company with such job being located at the Facility that provides a regular work schedule of at least forty (40) hours per week to a City of Laredo or area U.S. resident. This must include an allowance for vacation and sick leave. with full company benefits, including company paid health insurance.
