Employment Position. The parties agree that the employment of Executive by Employer shall continue for the term referred to in Section 2. Employer agrees to continue the employment of Executive in a senior officer position for both Employer and Bank with the same titles referenced above. Executive shall devote his full time during business hours to the performance of his duties hereunder and shall at all times use his best efforts to promote the best interests of Employer. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer, or such other senior executive officer of Employer or Bank, as the Chief Executive Officer of Employer, the Chairman of the Board, or the Board of Directors (“Board”) shall direct.
Employment Position. 1.1 The Company desires to employ the Employee and the Employee desires to be employed by the Company, as of March 15, 2017 (“Commencement Date of Employment”) and until this Agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 below (“Term”).
Employment Position. Corporation agrees to employ Executive as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corporation, and Executive accepts such employment, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, without separate compensation, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of Corporation. Corporation represents to Executive that it currently has and will maintain directors and officers liability insurance.
Employment Position. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby employs Employee, and Employee accepts such employment.
Employment Position. The Company shall employ Executive as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Operations at the Company’s location in Scottsdale, AZ. Executive shall report to the President and Chief Executive Officer, and the Board of Directors of the Company. During Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall devote all necessary energies, experience, skills, abilities, knowledge and productive time to the performance of duties under this Agreement and shall not render to others services that interfere with the performance of his duties with the Company under this Agreement. The rendering of services to others shall be subject to the approval of the Board.

Employer agrees to continue the employment of Executive in a senior officer position with the title of President of 1st Source Transportation and Equipment Finance or similar position for the specialty finance business of Employer. Executive shall devote his full time during business hours to the performance of his duties hereunder and shall at all times use his best effort to promote the best interests of Employer. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and/or Bank.
Employment Position. The Company hereby employs the Executive as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Executive hereby accepts such employment for the Term (defined below) of this Agreement.
Employment Position. 1.1. The Company desires to amend the employment engagement with the Employee and employ the Employee and the Employee desires to be employed by the Company pursuant to the terms set forth in this Agreement, as of the date indicated in Schedule A attached hereto (“Effective Date”) and until this Agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 below (“Term”).
Employment Position. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby employs Employee, and Employee accepts such employment. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall serve as a senior executive officer of the Company, with his title to be determined from time to time by the Committee. Termination of this Agreement prior to the end of the term stated in Section 2.03 by either party shall also terminate Employee's employment by the Company.
Employment Position. While employed by the Company, Employee shall (a) serve as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, (b) report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and (c) perform the duties and functions assigned to him by the CEO.
