Full Time and Best Efforts. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to employ Executive in a management capacity and Executive hereby accepts such employment. During the term of employment, Executive will devote Executive’s full time, best efforts and attention to the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder and to the business and affairs of the Company.

Executive shall render such other services for the Company and corporations controlled by, under common control with or controlling, directly or indirectly, the Company, and to successor entities and assignees of the Company ("Company's Affiliates") as the Company may from time to time reasonably request and as shall be consistent with the duties Executive is to perform for the Company and with Executive's experience. During the term of his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full time and use his best efforts to advance the business and welfare of the Company, and will not engage in any other employment or business activities for any direct or indirect remuneration that would be directly harmful or detrimental to, or that may compete with, the business and affairs of the Company, or that would interfere with his duties hereunder.
Full Time and Best Efforts. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company and Xxxxxxx, respectively, agree to continue to employ Executive as their President and Chief Executive Officer and in such other executive capacities as may be requested from time to time by the Company’s or Xxxxxxx’x Board of Directors (the “Board”) or a duly authorized committee thereof, and Executive hereby accepts such continued employment. Executive shall render such other services for each of the Company and corporations that control, are controlled by or are under common control with the Company, as the case may be, and to successor entities and assignees of the Company, as the case may be (the “Affiliates”) as the Company or the Board, as the case may be, may from time to time reasonably request and shall be consistent with the duties Executive is to perform for the Company and its Affiliates and with Executive’s experience. During the term of his employment with the Company and its Affiliates, Executive will devote his full business time and use his best efforts to advance the business and welfare of the Company and its Affiliates, and will not engage in any other employment or business activities for any direct or indirect remuneration that would be directly harmful or detrimental to, or that may compete with, the business and affairs of the Company or its Affiliates, or that would interfere with his duties hereunder.
Full Time and Best Efforts. I will devote my full time during the time I am expected to work, and my best efforts, to Company’s business to the exclusion of all other business activities. In addition, while I am employed by the Company, I will not, directly or indirectly, either by myself or in conjunction with others, be engaged or interested in, or affiliated with, or organize or help to organize, or aid or assist in any manner any business similar to or competitive with Company, except that mere ownership of no more than one percent (1%) of the capital stock of a corporation whose stock is registered under Section 12 or Section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is not so barred. I agree to fully comply with all published Company policies and procedures as they may be amended from time to time, and to always conduct myself in accord with the highest ethical, moral, and legal standards.
Full Time and Best Efforts. During the Term, Executive shall apply, on a full-time basis, all of his skill and experience to the performance of his duties hereunder and shall not, without the prior consent of the Board, devote substantial amounts of time to outside business activities. The performance of Executive’s duties shall be primarily in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Jacksonville, Florida, subject to reasonable travel as the performance of his duties in the business may require. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may devote a reasonable amount of his time to civic, community, charitable or passive investment activities in a manner which is reasonably consistent with his historic practices. Full Time and Best Efforts. Executive will perform his duties faithfully and to the best of his ability and will devote his full business time and effort to the performance of his duties hereunder. Executive will not engage in any other employment or business activities for any direct or indirect remuneration that would be directly harmful or detrimental to, or that may compete with, the business and affairs of the Company, or that would interfere with his duties hereunder. Executive acknowledges that frequent travel may be necessary in carrying out his duties hereunder.
Full Time and Best Efforts. During the term of his employment with the Company, the Executive will devote substantially all of his business time and use his best efforts to advance the business and welfare of the Company, except for sick leave, vacations and approved leaves of absence. During the term of the Executive's employment, he will not engage in any other employment or business activities that would be directly harmful or detrimental to, or that may compete with, the business and affairs of the Company, or that would interfere with his duties hereunder. However, the foregoing will not prevent the Executive from devoting a reasonable amount of time to personal investment, civic and charitable activities.
Full Time and Best Efforts. During the Period of Employment, Executive shall devote his best efforts and full-time attention to the performance of his duties. Executive shall be subject to the direction of IH, which shall retain full control of the means and methods by which he performs the above services and of the place(s) at which all services are rendered. Executive shall be expected to travel if necessary or advisable in order to meet the obligations of his position.
Full Time and Best Efforts. As the Company’s General Counsel & Secretary, which is a full-time position, we expect that you will devote substantially all of your working time to the performance of your Company duties in a satisfactory manner and to the best of your abilities at all times. You shall not engage in any other business or occupation during your employment here, including, without limitation, any activity that conflicts with the interests of the Company, interferes with the proper and efficient performance of your duties for the Company, or interferes with your exercise of judgment in the Company’s best interests. Approval of the CEO and/or Board will be required for you to serve on other outside boards while you are employed by the Company, including any outside for-profit boards, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will be permitted to serve as an officer, director or trustee of any charitable, educational or non-profit organization, without the Company’s prior consent, provided that such services do not interfere with the performance of your duties to the Company or represent an actual or apparent conflict of interest with your role at the Company.

Executive shall render such other services for each of the Company and corporations controlled by or controlling the Company, and to successor entities and assignees of the Company (the "Affiliates"), as the Company may from time to time reasonably request and shall be consistent with the duties Executive is to perform for the Company and with Executive's experience. During the term of his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his full business time and use his best efforts to advance the business and welfare of the Company, and will not engage in any other employment or business activities for any direct or indirect remuneration that would be directly harmful or detrimental to, or that may compete with, the business and affairs of the Company, or that would interfere with his duties hereunder; provided, however, that it is understood and agreed by the parties that Executive shall not be precluded from involvement in charitable or civic activities, serving as a member of the board of directors of any other business enterprise or engaging in personal financial investment activities to the extent the same do not compete with or materially interfere with his time or attention to the business of the Company or otherwise violate the terms of this Agreement.
