Other Organizations. To the extent that any invention claimed in the Patent Rights has been partially funded by a non-profit organization or state or local agency, this Agreement and the grant of any rights in such Patent Rights are subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable research grant. If any term of this Agreement fails to conform with such terms and conditions, the relevant term shall be deemed an invalid provision and modified by the parties pursuant to Section 10.11. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Medical School shall disclose in writing to Company any funding that would be subject to this Section 2.3(c).
Other Organizations. If a non-profit organization or state or local agency has funded any invention claimed in the Patent Rights, this Agreement and the grant of any rights in Patent Rights are subject to and governed by the terms of the applicable research grant. If any term of this Agreement fails to conform with those terms , the relevant term is invalid, and the parties shall modify the term pursuant to Section 10.11.
Other Organizations. The Board will not negotiate with any other employee organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement with respect to the wages, hours, and working conditions of employees included in the bargaining unit.
Other Organizations. University represents that all inventions claimed in the Patent Rights have been funded only by the federal government or University funds.
Other Organizations. The Employer agrees not to negotiate with any organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed (1) to deny or restrict to any bargaining unit employee any rights he/she may have under the Michigan General School Laws or other applicable laws or State departmental regulations or (2) to prevent a Board Member or Administrator from meeting with any bargaining unit employee, groups of employees or organization other than the Association for the purpose of hearing and discussing their views on matters other than hours, wages and working conditions.
Other Organizations. The rights granted herein to the Local Association shall not be granted or extended to any competing labor organization.
Other Organizations. To the extent that any Invention has been partially funded by a non-profit organization or state or local agency, this Agreement and the grant of any rights in such Invention is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable research grant. If any term of this Agreement fails to conform with such terms and conditions, the relevant term shall be deemed an invalid provision and modified by the parties pursuant to Section 8.16. At the request of Sponsor, Institution shall make available to Sponsor the terms and conditions of any research grants that will partially fund the Research Project.
Other Organizations. Employees may belong to other organizations, by such other organizations may not represent any employee with respect to wages, hours, or conditions of employment, or in derogation of the exclusive bargaining agency of this UNION.
Other Organizations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any other labor representative concerning salary, hours, or working conditions for the duration of the Agreement with respect to faculty members included in the bargaining unit. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be construed to prevent any individual faculty member from presenting a grievance and having the grievance adjusted without intervention from the Association, if the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and provided that the Association has been given an opportunity to be present at such adjustment.
Other Organizations. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teacher organization other than the TEA for the duration of this Agreement. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent a Board member or administrator from meeting with any teacher, groups of teachers or organization other than the TEA for the purpose of hearing and discussing their views on matters other than hours, wages and working conditions.
