Fair Day's Work. The Union affirms its adherence to the principles of a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay and agrees to use its best efforts toward this end both as to work and as to the conditions of its performance. The Union will not cause, or permit its member to cause nor will any member of the Union cause any curtailment of work, or restriction of work, or interfere with the efficient operation of the Department.
