Work definition

Work means all Services to be performed, goods to be delivered, and any appurtenant actions performed, and items produced, conceived, or developed, including Deliverables.
Work means all required labor, articles, materials, supplies, goods, and services constituting the subject matter of this Contract.
Work means the work of authorship, whether in Source or Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work (an example is provided in the Appendix below).

Examples of Work in a sentence

  • To provide Customers with a State Term Contract (STC) for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services, pursuant to the terms set forth in this Scope of Work.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Fees as set out in each Statement of Work will not be reduced for the Licence Term.

Work means materials, workmanship, and manufacture and fabrication of components.
