Driver’s License. Each Agent shall maintain as a condition of employment a current operator's (driver's) license issued by the state in which he/she resides. Any Agent whose license is suspended shall remain responsible for working his/her Agency. However, any Agent driving a vehicle performing Company business while his/her license is suspended may be subject to immediate termination.
Driver’s License. No employee may operate any City owned vehicle or private vehicle on City business without an unrestricted operator’s license required for the particular type of apparatus operated. Employees who have court-granted waivers to drive to, from or at work while they are on suspension may not operate City equipment regardless of any court exemption. Restrictions for medical reasons (e.g. eyeglasses) are not subject to this policy. Employees must notify their Immediate Supervisor of any driving restriction not later than the next business day after the restriction is imposed. The supervisor is required to inform the Fire Chief through the proper chain of command. The Fire Department will accommodate employees on restricted or suspended driving license for a period of time not exceeding 180 days for the first serious vehicular offense by placing the employee in a job assignment not requiring the operation of a vehicle for work. Employees with their first serious vehicular offense shall be referred to the Public Employees Assistance Program (PEAP) to be evaluated by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), and shall follow recommendations of the SAP or be subject to a written reprimand. Employees with restrictions of more than 180 days and/or more than one conviction of serious vehicular offenses are subject to disciplinary action.
Driver’s License. Permittee and anyone operating a motor vehicle on the Permit Area is required to have a valid state driver’s license.

Driver’s License. The Hirer must produce on pick-up the drivers licences for all persons listed in the Agreement who will be driving the vehicle. Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a current International Driving Permit, issued in the same country as the foreign licence was issued, or by an accredited English translation of that foreign licence. The Owner has the sole discretion in determining whether a person with a foreign drivers licence will be permitted to drive the vehicle.
Driver’s License. Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of California and a driver's permit issued by ABM whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify ABM in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.
Driver’s License. Fosterer, or if Fosterer will not be driving, the individual that will drive Fosterer in connection with the Foster Services, has a valid driver’s license. Fosterer will ensure that such driver’s license remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement, and will notify CCR if, at any time, such driver’s license is suspended, revoked, terminated, or otherwise invalid for any period of time. Fosterer will obey, to the extent possible, any and all traffic laws and regulations while performing the Foster Services.

Greensteam Personnel who operate vehicles (company or personal) or heavy equipment on Aera’s Premises shall have a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle or equipment being operated. Greensteam shall have a process to ensure that this requirement is met. (Note: For a fee, the Department of Motor Vehicles has the DMV Pull Notice Program that provides employers timely information on the license status of each employee.).
Driver’s License. In the event an employee’s actual work is such that he/she operates a motor vehicle and has his/her license to operate such motor vehicle suspended or revoked for a period of sixty (60) calendar days or less, he/she shall be reassigned to tasks within his/her classification that do not require a driver’s license during the period of suspension or revocation. If the driver’s license is suspended or revoked for a period longer than sixty (60) days, but not for more than one (1) year, the employee will obtain an occupational driver’s license; if the employee is unable to obtain an occupational driver’s license, and no reasonable accommodation can be made, the employee may be given a leave of absence for up to one (1) year, or until such time that the license is restored, or an occupational license is obtained, whichever is less. However, if the employee is assigned to operate a motor vehicle as part of his/her job duties on twenty-five (25) or fewer days in the previous twelve (12) months, or if a reasonable accommodation can be made, the employee will not be placed on a leave of absence and he/she will resume his/her regular duties. If the driver’s license is suspended or revoked for a period of more than one (1) year, no occupational license can be obtained, and no reasonable accommodation can be made, the employee will be placed on layoff without rights to recall.
Driver’s License. It is a condition of the Employee's employment that Employee have and retain a current driver's license and if the Employee's driver's license is suspended, revoked or cancelled for any period the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.
