Company Business definition

Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

Company Business means the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, as conducted as of the date hereof.

Company Business has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a).

• Monitoring Service Objectives Company shall create a Trouble Ticket on behalf of Customer within 2 Company Business Hours of a recurring and sustained Underlying Service availability issue identified by the Service monitoring.

• Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a list of: (A) known Intercompany Work Arrangements between the SpinCo Business and the Company Business with respect to each Client Contract outstanding as of the date hereof (an “Existing Contract”); and (B) planned Intercompany Work Arrangements between the SpinCo Business and the Company Business for each proposal or offer for a Client Contract that is outstanding as of the date hereof (an “Existing Proposal”).

• It is acknowledged that (A) certain services performed by the SpinCo Business for its clients are executed in part by employees and consultants that will remain with the Company Business and (B) certain services performed by the Company Business for its clients are executed in part by employees and consultants that will be transferred with the SpinCo Business (each such arrangement described in clause (A) or (B), an “Intercompany Work Arrangement”).

• Three Company Business Days delivery of replacement Equipment for Customer self- installation provided the primary cause of failure is determined by Company by 2:00 pm ET, the primary cause is not subject to exclusions, and the replacement Equipment is readily available in Company’s storage facility.

More Definitions of Company Business

Company Business means the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as currently conducted and as proposed to be conducted.

Company Business has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.02 hereof.

Company Business means the business(es) engaged in by the Company, from time to time during the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise; provided that, on the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, the Company Business shall be the business(es) engaged in by the Company during the Lookback Period.

Company Business means any business related to a service or product offered by the Company and/or any of its affiliates during the two-year period immediately preceding the Grantee’s termination date that Grantee engaged in or rendered any consultation or business advice or other services with respect to, during Grantee’s employment with the Company and/or any of its affiliates.

Company Business means the business of providing real estate support services, including, without limitation, title insurance, real estate information services, escrow services and related transaction services.

Company Business means (a) the current businesses of the members of the Company Group; and (b) those terminated, divested or discontinued businesses within the last two (2) years which are or should be included as historical operations of the Company Group.
