Dental - full-time. Current Equitable Life plan or equivalent - Employer pays one hundred percent (100%) of the premium. Except where statute provides otherwise premium payments will not be made in respect of any calendar month in which an employee does not work or is not on vacation. PENSION PLAN Seniority employees (both full-time and part-time) may contribute up to three percent (3%) of their wages annually to the current pension plan, and the Agency will match such contributions dollar for dollar. Accumulation to the ACB ceased as of April 1, 2002. Additionally, these employees will earn sick leave and have the use of their sick leave governed by Article 23.01 If an employee is applying for and is accepted for Short Term Disability (STD) coverage and provided they have hours in their ACB, they must use hours from their bank to cover the eligibility period and to top up STD payments to the point the employee would not suffer any loss of pay. The attendance credit bank may not, however, be used to top up Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) benefits.   • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.
