Extended Health. Fifty percent (50%) of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible nurses in the active employ for the Extended Health Care Benefits as provided under the VON National Group Insurance Plan, provided that the balance of the premium is paid by each nurse through payroll deductions.

Extended Health. The Colleges agree during the term of this Agreement, to contribute one hundred per cent (100%) of the present premiums towards the current Extended Health Benefit Plan subject to the eligibility requirements provided under such Plan.

After an extended personal illness, the District may request that the teacher present a statement from the physician certifying the teacher's fitness for return to work.
