Damage Reimbursement. Limited to three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each incident, reasonable reimbursement shall be provided for repair or replacement of eyeglasses, watches, or hearing aids which may be broken, damaged or lost as a result of work related activities, where no employee negligence is involved. This benefit applies only in situations where the benefits are not covered under Teamsters Health and Welfare Plans or other benefits. Decisions on claims for reimbursement shall be approved or disapproved and submitted to Accounting within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Damage Reimbursement. Upon proper documentation, the School District will reimburse employees for expenses incurred in repairing or replacing personal items broken by students while employees are engaged in their required duties during the normal work day (i.e., glasses, hearing aids). The School District reserves the right to place reasonable limits on reimbursements under this paragraph.
Damage Reimbursement. Tenant shall reimburse RMHHouses upon demand for the cost of any repairs to the premises damaged by Tenant or Tenant's guests or business invitees through misuse or neglect. Use of Basement for Storage: Do not put wood or cardboard boxes directly on basement floor. Floor may get wet during heavy rains and items will get moldy. Do not allow excessive mold to grow on any basement items. Also do not put anything within 10 feet of the furnace and hot water tank. Keep this area clear for maintenance and fire safety.

Any personal property medically essential to the health or job duties of the employee, such as eye glasses, hearing aids, damaged by a client or student shall be replaced by the Board without cost to the bargaining unit member, by utilizing insurance as first option, provided the incident is promptly reported and properly documented. Clothing and watches damaged during the course of the employee’s job duties will be reimbursed up to fifty dollars ($50.00) during the course of the contract.
