DELEGATED NURSING. The Employer will train employees as per OAC 5123:2-1-07 and 5123:2-15-21 for delegated nursing tasks.
DELEGATED NURSING. Section 40.1 The Employer and the Association agree that every Instructor will be assigned to perform delegated nursing duties. Instructor Assistants may also express interest in performing such duties by signing the volunteer sheet. Assignments will be made based on availability and need.
DELEGATED NURSING. A. Delegated nursing will be performed on a volunteer basis. If no volunteers are available, employees shall be selected from a pool of trained staff, selected by the RN whose license it affects.

  • Delegated Duties The Sub-Advisor hereby delegates to the U.K. Sub-Advisor and the U.K. Sub-Advisor accepts responsibility for performing such investment advice and research services, particularly with respect to issuers, companies, governments and economic conditions located outside of the U.S. and Canada, principally in the U.K. and Europe, with respect to all or a portion of the investments of each Portfolio, in connection with the Sub-Advisor's duties under the Sub-Advisory Agreement, as may be requested by the Sub-Advisor.   • Scope of Delegated Responsibilities (a) SELECTION OF ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS. Subject to the provisions of this Section 3.2, the Foreign Custody Manager may place and maintain the Foreign Assets in the care of the Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager in each country listed on Schedule A, as amended from time to time. In performing its delegated responsibilities as Foreign Custody Manager to place or maintain Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian, the Foreign Custody Manager shall determine that the Foreign Assets will be subject to reasonable care, based on the standards applicable to custodians in the country in which the Foreign Assets will be held by that Eligible Foreign Custodian, after considering all factors relevant to the safekeeping of such assets, including, without limitation the factors specified in Rule 17f-5(c)(1).

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Delegation of Investment Management Services Subject to the prior approval of a majority of the members of the Board of Trustees, including a majority of the Trustees who are not “interested persons”, and, to the extent required by applicable law, by the shareholders of a Fund, the Adviser may, through a sub-advisory agreement or other arrangement, delegate to a sub-advisor any of the duties enumerated in this Agreement, including the management of all or a portion of the assets being managed. Subject to the prior approval of a majority of the members of the Board of Trustees, including a majority of the Trustees who are not “interested persons”, and, to the extent required by applicable law, by the shareholders of a Fund, the Adviser may adjust such duties, the portion of assets being managed, and the fees to be paid by the Adviser; provided, that in each case the Adviser will continue to oversee the services provided by such company or employees and any such delegation will not relieve the Adviser of any of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Committee Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply: An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour/Management Committee. It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour/Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed. It is also agreed that the topic of utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request.

  • Delegation; Committees The Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to one or more of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem expedient, except to the extent such delegation is prohibited by applicable law.
