Eye Glasses. Employees and dependants shall be allowed a maximum of $300 over a period of 24 months to cover the cost of eye glasses.

Eye Glasses. The Company agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for prescription eye glasses subject to the conditions of the Carrier. The maximum amount payable in any twenty-four (24) month period is four hundred ($400) this includes eye exams. Effective March 1, 2017 the maximum payable in any twenty-four (24) month period is four hundred ($425) this includes eye exams.
Eye Glasses. 14.8.1 The ICCR shall pay up to fifty ($50) dollars for an eye examination and up to one hundred ($100) dollars for new eyeglass lens costs annually for those employees who are regularly required to operate a video display terminal (VDT), upon submission of a copy of the doctor's exam and paid bills. Employees must first submit claims to their insurance carrier. Unused amounts may be rolled over to a maximum of one hundred ($100) dollars for eye exam and two hundred ($200) dollars for lenses in any two (2) year period.
