Term of Contract. The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.

Prior to expiration of the original term, the contract will renew automatically in one-year increments for two additional years under the same terms and conditions unless either party provides notice to the other party 60 days in advance of the renewal date stating that the party wishes to discuss modification of terms or not renew. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.
Term of Contract. This Interlocal Cooperation Contract shall begin when fully executed by both parties and shall continue until terminated . Either party, upon written notice, may terminate this contract on thirty (30) days advance written notice. Customers shall pay for all goods and services received through the effective date of termination.

Term of Contract. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year with the option for renewals under the terms, conditions and unit pricing of the original contract for up to four (4) additional years, unless either party gives written notification to the other party sixty (60) days prior to expiration of the then-current term that they do not wish to renew. The contract and any renewals are subject to the availability of funds and annual appropriations by the Board of Supervisors. Price increases, if any, shall be negotiated at the time of renewal and shall not exceed 3% annually.
Term of Contract. This Contract commences on the Commencement Date set out in Item 1 of the Details and will end on the Expiry Date set out in Item 2 of the Details, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract (Term).
