The Authorizer shall evaluate the mission of the Charter School in accordance with the goal and indicators established within the School Performance Framework, as detailed in Exhibit 2, on an annual basis. If over the duration of this agreement, the Charter School needs to change any part of the mission-specific goal in the School Performance Framework, the Charter School shall notify the Authorizer within thirty (30) days. The Authorizer will determine if the change is material such that is requires an amendment to this agreement pursuant to Section 10.
