A Person with a disability definition

A Person with a disability. The term “A Person with a Disability”, as used in the Agreement, refers to a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States who qualifies as being disabled pursuant to the provisions of 30 ILCS 575/2(A)(2.1).
A Person with a disability means any person who has a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment. According to the ADAAA, most physical and mental impairments constitute a disability.
