Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;
Commercial Terms means, in relation to the negotiation and renewal of a Vehicle Dealer Buy-Back Agreement, a Vehicle Manufacturer Buy-Back Agreement, a Vehicle Dealer Purchase Agreement and/or a Vehicle Manufacturer Purchase Agreement:
Commercial Terms means the document which may be issued by B2M to the Customer setting out the specific commercial terms applicable to this Agreement, of which these Conditions of Use form part;

  • The terms Ex Works (EXW), Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), Cost and Insurance Paid to (CIP), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), and other trade terms used to describe the obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the rules prescribed in the current edition of the International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if the Supplier does not agree to collect the Hire Goods in accordance with this clause, the Customer shall deliver the Hire Goods to the Supplier at the place specified by the Supplier in the Commercial Terms Schedule, on the last day of the Hire Period.

More Definitions of Commercial Terms

Commercial Terms means the commercial terms specified on the front of this Agreement.
Commercial Terms means an individual agreement belonging to, supplementing or amending the General Terms and Conditions and containing the specific provisions applicable to the User or any amendment, addendum to such Commercial Terms.
Commercial Terms means these Special Contractual Commercial Terms for Commercial Contracts and further the valid and effective commercial terms issued by the Supplier for dissemination of commercial communications in the given media type. The “Pricelist” shall mean the valid and effective pricelist of the Supplier applicable to the given media type. The Commercial Terms and pricelist are the integral part of a Commercial Contract, but they are not attached thereto due to technical reasons.
Commercial Terms means the Loan amount or the financial facility applied for or availed of by the Customer from BFL and includes the EMI, Loan tenure, applicable interest, fees, charges and such other payment terms
Commercial Terms has the meaning as described in clause 8.2 of this Agreement.
