CONTRACTOR’S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The CM shall provide a copy of the Master Schedule to the bidders. THE CM SHALL PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE AND ALL UPDATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OWNER’S SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTOR’S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. 4.10.1 Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall submit a Construction Schedule in CPM (Critical Path Method) form to the Project Manager for approval. The Construction Schedule shall be sufficiently detailed to accurately depict all the work required by the contract and include all features per paragraph 4.12 of Section 00 72 00 – General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. CPM Construction Schedule shall reflect shop drawings; submittals due and return dates, fabrication and delivery times, crew mix, and equipment loading data. The Contractor shall thereafter adhere to the Project Construction Schedule, as regularly updated, including any revisions therein made by the County during the course of construction. "Slack" or "float" time on the CPM Construction Schedule is not for the sole benefit of the County or Contractor and shall be apportioned according to the needs of the project and as accepted by the County.

The CM shall ADJUST AND UPDATE THE review each Contractor’s Construction Schedule and shall verify that the schedule is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents OWNER NOTED IN PARAGRAPH 3.4.2.2 and that it establishes completion dates that comply with the requirements of the Master Schedule. THE CM AGREES THAT THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT TEAM AND BY EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT GIVES PERMISSION AND DIRECTION TO ITS SCHEDULING CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE COPIES OF THE SCHEDULE IN A FORMAT AS REQUIRED BY THE OWNER.
CONTRACTOR’S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. A detailed, critical path schedule format shall be used for the Contractor’s construction schedule with thorough updates to the schedule prepared and delivered to the Owner and the Architect at least once every 30 days. All schedule updates shall address the subject of how the Contractor intends to address any critical path delays previously encountered. The schedule and all updates shall address submittal activities as well as actual field construction activities.

CONTRACTOR’S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE a. Subcontractor shall prosecute Subcontractor’s Work in a prompt and diligent manner in accordance with the Contractor’s Project Schedule and without delaying or hindering Contractor’s work, the work of other contractors or subcontractors, or the timely completion of the entire Project within the time allowed under the Prime Contract. Subcontractor shall coordinate Subcontractor’s Work with that of all other contractors, subcontractors, and Contractor in a manner that will facilitate the efficient completion of the entire work of the Project. In the event Subcontractor fails to maintain Subcontractor’s part of the Project Schedule, Subcontractor shall, without additional compensation, accelerate Subcontractor’s Work as Contractor may direct until Subcontractor’s Work is in compliance with the Project Schedule.
