Course of Construction. If the course of construction of the Tenant Work as set forth in the Written Construction Schedule is delayed for a time period equal to or greater than two weeks, then Landlord shall have the right to require a meeting with Tenant’s general contractor and appropriate consultants.
Course of Construction. Until construction is completed on the Property, or during any improvements construction, Course of construction insurance in an amount not less than the full value of the improvements constructed on the Property covering all construction activities on the Property.

Course of Construction. (Builders Risk) Shall cover all risks of loss for the Probable Maximum Loss that the Contractor determines for the project with no coinsurance penalty provisions, as well as all risk of direct physical loss or damage to property of every kind and description intended to become a permanent part of, or consumed in, the fabrication, assembly installation, erection or alteration of Contractor’s construction. Contractor shall be named as loss payee.

Completed value of the Project. {applies to “New” construction} Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by SHA. At the option of SHA, either: the insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insuranced retentions as respects SHA, its officers, officials, employees, Commissioners and volunteers; or the Contractor shall provide a financial guarantee satisfactory to SHA guaranteeing payment of losses and related investigations, claims administration and defense expenses.
Course of Construction. Once the Affordable Developer commences construction of the Affordable Development Improvements, the Affordable Developer shall not halt or cease construction for a period of more than ten (10) consecutive days, subject to Section 4.4.
Course of Construction. It is understood and agreed that this policy will provide automatic coverage for property in course of construction, installation, repair, renovation and the like at both new and existing locations subject to inclusion of the appropriate values for reporting and adjustment purposes.

Until completed and/or occupied, coverage is limited to Specified Perils including Theft or damage arising from attempted theft of materials and supplies on the Premises.
