Resource Loading. The estimated total number of hours required to perform the Individual Activity of work.
Resource Loading. The allocation of manpower and equipment necessary for the completion of an activity as scheduled.
Resource Loading. 3.9.1.2.12.1. CMR will assign manpower-loading for each construction activity in the Master Project Schedule. Activities’ resource loading must be based on the CMR’s estimate used in pricing the Work.
3.9.1.2.12.2. Resources and labor (man-hours) allocated to each activity must be consistent with activity duration as well as scope and supported by the CMR’s estimate and industry standard estimating / productivity guides such as “Means” and/or “▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇”.
3.9.1.2.12.3. The schedule activities must not be resource leveled or resource constrained.
Resource Loading. All Project Schedules shall be resource loaded with labor man hours for both the Contractor and all of its sub-contractors.
Resource Loading. The Contractor’s assigning of resources necessary to develop an Acceptable Critical Path Method Schedule for the Project. Resource Loading shall include personnel, production rates, Contract dollars earned, Materials, facilities and Equipment associated with each activity within the CPM.
