CONTRACT OF WORK. Landlord shall cause its contract with Contractor to include the provisions set forth in this Section 4.1.3. Contractor shall take appropriate field measurements and verify field conditions before commencing construction of Tenant Improvements. Contractor shall review, approve and submit to the Architect shop drawings, product data, samples and submittals required by the contract documents with promptness and in sequence as to cause no delay in the Construction Schedule. During the course of construction, Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to maintain industry safety standards and protect against damage, injury or loss to any persons or property. Contractor shall supervise and direct the construction of the Tenant Improvements using Contractor's best skills and attention and shall be fully responsible for and have control over construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures for coordinating all portions of the work under the contract.

  • OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
