The Successful Bidder definition

The Successful Bidder means the Bidder whose tender has been accepted by the Owner and includes the Successful Bidder’s legal representative, his successor and permitted assigns.
The Successful Bidder or “Consultant” or “Vendor” means the company / firm who is selected in the RFP process for providing consultancy services under this Contract.
The Successful Bidder means the person whose tender has been accepted by KREDL and shall include his legal representatives, successor in interest and assignees.

  • The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for obtaining requisite regulatory or statutory or third-party approvals, no-objections, permission or consents, if any, that are or may be required under Applicable Law for purchasing the relevant assets.
