Correction of Work definition

Correction of Work. As determined by Owner’s representative, should Contractor’s Work not conform to the requirements of this Master Agreement or those established for a specific Job Order, Owner may order Contractor to correct the Work at no additional expense to Owner or deduct the cost of correcting the Work from any other monies payable to Contractor.

Examples of Correction of Work in a sentence

  • This warranty is not limited by the provisions of Article 13, Uncovering and Correction of Work.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order.   • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:
