Safety Standards definition

Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
Safety Standards means all standards relating to safety, including occupational health and safety, established in published guidelines, industry practice or QR Network policies as specified in Schedule 6 or varied in accordance with Clause 5.10 of this Agreement and all standards relating to safety, including occupational health and safety, prescribed by any Laws;
Safety Standards means the minimum standards of safety set out in the annexure to Appendix 4 with regards the Project/Project Facilities and Services.

Safety Standards has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10A.
Safety Standards means the:
Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date hereof through Final Acceptance, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the Work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
Safety Standards means the safety standards set out in section 4 of the Regulation;
Safety Standards means all applicable motor vehicle safety standards in effect on the date of manufacture including, without limitation, the U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
Safety Standards means those provisions of CMA Standard Specification Item 9 that TxDOT indicates that it considers to be important measures to protect public safety, worker safety or the safety of property. As a matter of clarification, Performance Requirements specifying the Defect Remedy Period for a Category 1 Defect are Safety Standards; whereas, provisions of CMA Standard Specification Item 9 primarily directed at durability of materials or equipment, where the durability is primarily a matter of life cycle cost rather than protecting public or worker safety, are not Safety Standards.
Safety Standards means the minimum standards of safety set out in the annexure to Appendix 4 with regards the Project/Project Facilities and services.
