Concept of Operations. Intuit desires to make available the --------------------- Internet Services to its Customers by the distribution of certain Internet Features with any or all of the Products as Intuit may determine in its sole discretion, and to obtain Non-Internet Traffic Services from CNC from time to time. As a part of the CNC Services, CNC shall provide the following: Customer logon and registration in a format provided or approved by Intuit, service upgrades, account management, credit approvals, Customer billing; reporting network and infrastructure management, operation and maintenance; Access; provision of Internet Services and Non-Internet Traffic Services; and customer and technical support. CNC will charge Intuit for the CNC Services in accordance with Section 4.3. Intuit will independently establish its charges to Customers for the Internet Services, and CNC will xxxx the Customers on behalf of Intuit on such terms and conditions as Intuit may determine in its sole discretion.

Activation of the Agreement • The WA State DMCC Agreement will be officially activated by the Washington State Secretary of Health, or designee, to centrally coordinate patient distribution throughout the state. o The WA State DMCC may internally activate and begin operations when requested by a local DMCC chair, before a formal activation is declared by DOH. o The WA State Secretary of Health may consult with the Washington State Disaster Medical Advisory Committee (WA State DMAC) prior to activating the WA State DMCC. • Upon activation, one hospital will be designated the lead WA State DMCC and the other hospital will be secondary to provide support. The designation of the primary and secondary will be situation dependent and could change throughout the event. o Primary DMCC will be based on the geography of the affect region: if the incident is on the west side of the State, Harborview Medical Center will be primary, if it is on the east side of the State, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center will be primary. o If Harborview Medical Center or Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center is in the affected region then the other hospital will act as primary DMCC. o The secondary hospital will act as support to the primary DMCC for response. This could include remotely supporting the response with personnel, and may act as a liaison to DOH for communicating needed transportation assets.

Concept of Operations. Fire Protection Districts are responsible for responding to all wildland fires within their district. All wildland fire suppression efforts provided by FPDs outside of their district are eligible for reimbursement by Routt County with limited eligibility for in-district suppression efforts.
