Functional Requirements definition

Functional Requirements means the functionality that the Software must have when operated in conjunction with the Hardware and Software Platform in order to comply with this Contract, subject to Section 2.1 [Priority of Documents] as outlined in Schedule S [Proposal] pursuant to Schedule R [RFP], and then further modified and clarified by the following provisions of this Contract:
Functional Requirements is defined in Section 4.1.1.
Functional Requirements means the technical requirements of State including, where applicable: (a) an identification of all software applications to be run on such Solution (including Licensed Programs provided by Contractor under this Agreement) (collectively, the “Designated Licensed Programs”); (b) any performance requirements of the Solution, as applicable (the “Performance Requirements”); (c) the anticipated number of users of the Solution and/or Designated Licensed Programs; and (d) details relating to any State systems with which the Solution and Designated Licensed Programs are to interface. Any Functional Requirements described in the Installation Plan, Solution Order, or Services Order shall be incorporated herein.

Examples of Functional Requirements in a sentence

  • Should Customer change the scope of Services under this ICS such that the engagement expands beyond the final technical requirements and project plan in the Functional Requirements Document, then Customer and Mercatus shall enter into a Change Request to this ICS.

  • The Contractor System Proposal shall detail at a minimum (as applicable): (a) the Solution components required to meet the applicable Functional Requirements; (b) the minimal operating system, network, and third-party software necessary to run the Designated Licensed Programs in conformity with the Functional Requirements; and (c) the estimated cost for such Solution determined in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Solution will, when installed and implemented, meet State’s technology and business requirements including all Functional Requirements.

  • Any Functional Requirements described in the Installation Plan, Solution Order, or Services Order shall be incorporated herein.

  • If State provides Contractor with Functional Requirements, Contractor shall, at no additional cost to State, analyze such Functional Requirements to determine the minimal amount and type of Solution that Contractor believes State needs to purchase in order to meet the Functional Requirements.


More Definitions of Functional Requirements

Functional Requirements means the information, access, and controls requirements as agreed to by the Parties prior to the Effective Date and set forth on Schedule 6.01(a)(i)(B) hereto.
Functional Requirements means the functionality and the capability, notified to the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 6.2 of Schedule 18.2 (Accepted Programme Specific Requirements) or determined by the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 6.3 of Schedule 18.2 (Accepted Programme Specific Requirements), which the Franchisee requires that HS2 Limited will procure for each separate Functional Aspect, including the acceptance methodology and rationale;
Functional Requirements means the functional requirements for the ERP Software described in the Statement of Work as being “Functional Requirements.”
Functional Requirements means a function of a system and its components. Functional requirements may therefore include calculations, technical details, data manipulation and processing and other specific functionality that define what a system is supposed to accomplish;
Functional Requirements means those requirements set out in Schedule 3 (DCC Requirements);
Functional Requirements means the functional requirements and specifications set forth within Schedule B-1(Functional Requirements);
Functional Requirements has the meaning as set forth in Section 2(d).
