Transportation Assets definition

Transportation Assets has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Transportation Assets means various types of transportation assets including but not limited to locomotives, railcars, maintenance of way equipment, barges, trucking equipment, containers and farm equipment and any leases or lease receivables or accounts or notes receivable related to such assets.
Transportation Assets means trucks and other vehicles used to transport products to or from the Business’s facilities.

Transportation Assets means (i) any and all rail equipment owned by the Company, including (but not limited to) railcars, locomotives, shipping containers, chassis and trailers, (ii) any and all aircraft owned by the Company and any and all aircraft engines owned by the Company, and (iii) any and all marine equipment owned by the Company, including (but not limited to) ships, vessels, boats, ferries, inland and offshore barges, offshore rigs and floating storage facilities, (iv) any and all transportation-related containers owned by the Company, and (v) all accessories, equipment, parts and appurtenances appertaining to, attached to or used in connection with any of such rail equipment, aircraft, aircraft engines, marine equipment or transportation-related containers.
Transportation Assets means (i) any and all rail equipment owned by the Company, including (but not limited to) railcars, locomotives, shipping containers, chassis and trailers, (ii) any and all marine equipment owned by the Company, including (but not limited to) ships, vessels, boats, ferries, inland and offshore barges, offshore rigs and floating storage facilities, (iii) any and all transportation-related containers owned by the Company, and (iv) all accessories, equipment, parts and appurtenances appertaining to, attached to or used in connection with any of such rail equipment, marine equipment or transportation-related containers.
