WORKSHARE. 6.1. The Parties have already agreed to a general allocation of work between themselves, as set out in Annex 1 of this MoU (hereinafter the “WorkShare”). 6.2. However, for each Project, the Parties may agree on some deviations to the WorkShare. In such case, any deviation must clearly be mentioned in the Specific Agreement.
WORKSHARE. Program. The Employer agrees to provide for continued ------------------- participation by the Employer in the California Economic Development Department "Workshare" program.
WORKSHARE. The Parties already covenant to the following general workshare shall be used as a basis for each Project. ECDIS and others) into simulator, if any ● Conduct onsite installation and commissioning ● Conduct and responsible for On-site Acceptance Test (OSAT)
WORKSHARE. The Parties agree that the Workshare split based upon revenues, shall be 50% for GDLS and 50% for FPI. This 50%/50% revenue balance shall be for all phases of the Program including, but not limited to LRIP (“low rate initial production”), production phases, and Life Cycle Service and Support (regardless of any changes to the Program name or phases).
WORKSHARE. Workshare will be determined on a Task Order by Task Order basis and all Parties will sign a memo of Understanding (MOU) for each Task Order.

  • Supplier Development lf the Buyer identifies problems in supplier performance based on supplier monitoring, he shall initiate improvement measures at the Supplier. The Buyer shall pursue the possibilities of continuous improvement of the Supplier. The supplier audit is a form of supplier development; the exchange of information and experience between the Buyer and the Supplier also serves this purpose.

  • Unit The fractional undivided interest in and ownership of an individual Trust Fund equal initially to 1/(the number of Units of fractional undivided interest outstanding) provided in the Statement of Condition in the Prospectus for the Trust Fund, the denominator of which fraction shall be (1) increased by the number of any additional Units issued pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof and (2) decreased by the number of any such Units redeemed as provided in Section 5.02. Whenever reference is made herein to the "interest" of a Unitholder in the Trust Fund or in the Income or Capital Accounts, it shall mean such fractional undivided interest represented by the number of Units, whether or not evidenced by a Certificate or Certificates, held of record by such Unitholder in such Trust Fund.

The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.
