Special Provisions definition

Special Provisions. Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.

Special Provisions has the meaning assigned to that term in Article XI.

Special Provisions means those provisions of this contract which are in addition to the general provisions and which more fully describe the goods or services covered by this contract.

• The provisions of this Amendment shall only supersede, govern, and control over the Special Provisions contained in the Contract to the extent that this Amendment specifically modifies those Special Provisions.
